Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm, overtime as required and approved.
Summary: Responsible for painting all components in accordance with the Component Maintenance Manual to include the following: prepping and the removal of damage, taping and applying tape to areas of unit where paint will not be applied, and applying primer and topcoat in accordance with the Component Maintenance Manual. Maintains all required records of paint room consumables to include shelf life. Maintains all required tooling and safety equipment by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Repairs damage to all components prior to painting.
2. Preps and paints all components in accordance with the Component Maintenance Manual and customer requests.
3. Maintains all tooling and safety equipment as it pertains to the paint room.
4. Maintains records of all consumables used in the paint room.
5. Tracks inventory of all consumables used in the paint room.
6. Maintains shelf life of all required consumables in the paint room.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
